Lovely reception at plaza hotel luchessi, Florence. I love this exquisite , classy hotel. The ambience is superb. Love the location and the views right from the comfort of the rooms!!! Such pleasant staff, they were prompt in responding to my questions via email even before I arrived.

Bella Vista tours,always saves the best fir last. I love this hotel. I could have eaten breakfast, lunch and dinner all from the breakfast buffet! So helpful are the staff. Our guide Marzia was impressed also. We are on the river and near everything. They even have a pool and bar up on the roof! Heaven
