Our riverfront stay in your two level suite was fantastic! You made our transition from a lost/ stolen passport simple , and we thank you with much graditude. Today is our last day in Florence. We truly enjoyed our stay at the Lucchesi Plaza Hotel. This is a charming hotel with a very friendly staff. Thank you for making our stay memorable.
