Lovely hotel in a great locaton. Staff very friendly and nothing is too much trouble. We have a view of Santa Croc and the Duomo..indeed a room with an incredible view of the city. Meals in the hotel restaurant are delicious too. Robyn, Australia

Great Hotel fantastic location on the River we enjoyed the recently refurbished room 302 with balcony overlooking the river. Do not search Florence for excelent good value meals have our evening meal right in the hotel- first class food wonderful staff. Thanks for a great stay in Floremnce. Bob and Linda from Devon England
